is seeking a strategic, hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead a
growing multi-location AP function. This is a high-impact
leadership role supporting U.S. and Canadian operations, ideal for
someone who enjoys improving processes, guiding teams, and
partnering with executives on systems and workflow enhancements. ?
Role Overview The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee a team of
six and drive the full AP cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency,
and continuous improvement across multiple platforms. This leader
will step into an environment that is evolving and will be expected
to influence system enhancements, tighten controls, and champion
process optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and
develop a U.S./Canada AP team, providing structure, coaching, and
accountability. Oversee invoice flow, payments, reconciliations,
expense reports, and vendor issue resolution. Partner with internal
finance and technology teams on system updates, coding changes, and
workflow improvements . Identify inefficiencies and proactively
recommend solutions that streamline the AP function. Monitor aging
reports, analyze trends, and strengthen controls around approvals
and documentation. Support ongoing integrations and organizational
growth, including onboarding newly acquired entities. Prepare
reporting for internal reviews and collaborate with auditors when
needed. Must-Have Qualifications Strong hands-on Excel proficiency
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex data validation). Experience
managing AP operations in a fast-paced, evolving, or unstructured
environment . Proven ability to handle system improvements, data
inconsistencies, and workflow redesigns . ERP experience with
platforms such as NetSuite, JD Edwards, and AP automation tools (AP
Express a plus). Demonstrated examples of problem-solving, conflict
resolution, and decision-making-especially around performance
management. Comfortable supporting technology updates, testing
changes, and collaborating with IT teams. Prior success leading AP
teams and managing both onshore and offshore support (offshore
experience is a plus). Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $145,000.00 per
