Job Description:
Position Summary The Director of Admissions Is responsible for
the administration and management of all aspects of the Office of
Admissions, ensuring excellence and enthusiasm in supporting the
mission of the institution. This position serves as an
institutional expert on state and federal rules and regulations,
accreditation and domiciliary requirements necessary for evaluation
of all applicants to the Doctor of Medicine Program. In
consultation with the Associate and Assistant Deans for Admissions,
this Individual oversees the screening, evaluation, selection and
recruitment process for the annual enrollment of medical students
from a large and diverse applicant pool. Work Schedule
Monday-Friday Schedule may vary and includes some evening and
weekend hours based on business needs. Based on the unit’s business
needs, this position will be hybrid.
