Job Description Job Description Looking for a Facilities Leader / Handyman * Maintain exterior and interior building brand guidelines * Maintain storage shed, garbage enclosure brand guidelines * Maintain monthly/quarterly equipment preventative maintenance * Maintain & scheduling cleaning of exhaust units * Perform monthly interior and exterior building walks to identify and address repairs * Manage American Flag Federal and State mandates and replacing when torn Prior experience in equipment maintenance, appliance repair, handyman work is highly desirable.
