We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing installation team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in HVAC by working hands-on alongside experienced Lead Installers and learning the trade the right way. What We Offer: Competitive pay Full benefits package Consistent, year-round work Supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities for growth and advancement Responsibilities: Assist Lead Installers with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Support the installation of air conditioning, heating, IAQ, and humidity/temperature control systems according to manufacturer specifications Help with job site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup Perform basic tasks such as running line sets, setting equipment, sealing ductwork, and installing accessories under supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards Provide professional, courteous interaction with customers while on-site Work in single-family homes, multi-family properties, new construction, and light commercial environments Complete required job-related documentation as directed by the Lead Installer or management Take direction well and actively learn installation best practices and company standards Qualifications: Prior HVAC installation experience is a plus, but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the past 5 years) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude If you’re looking to start or grow your HVAC career , learn from experienced professionals, and join a company that invests in its people, apply today and become part of the Airmax team .
