self-starting individual, as part of the operations team, will be
responsible for assembling and testing Powers water control units
and accessories, including, but not limited to pre-piped
assemblies, manifolds, and mixing valves. This role will primarily
support the new IS2 line. This position reports to the
Orion/Radiant Value Stream Leader. This role is onsite and is based
in St. Pauls, NC. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: /n -
Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings,
clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or
soldering and brazing equipment. /n - Assembles and tests valves
and/or valve components using machinery or jigs and fixtures. /n -
Utilize and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and
manufacturer's installation manuals, using tape measure and other
measuring devices to ensure specifications are met. /n - Understand
electrical systems, circuits and plans. /n - Prepare, assemble, and
connect conduits and wiring. /n - Perform functional product tests,
both electrical and pressure. /n - Measure, cut, thread and bend
pipe to correct angle. /n - Package product. /n - Maintain quality
and production records. /n - Participate in problem solving,
training and Kaizen activities. /n - Perform routine housekeeping
to ensure area operates within parameters that conform to
environmental and safety standards. /n /n Required Qualifications:
/n - High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of
education and experience. /n - 3 years of experience in
manufacturing of assembled parts. /n - Must be able to size and
install wiring systems. /n - Must be able to identify specified
parts to build the product. /n - Must be able to read and interpret
blueprints and electrical schematics. /n - Must be able to follow
instructions. /n - Demonstrable ability to use electrical and
mechanical hand tools. /n - Understanding of and adherence to
applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices
and procedures. /n - Must successfully establish employment
eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and
required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. /n /n
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with lean manufacturing and

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be
working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required
to work at the Company's location in St. Pauls, NC. Your scheduled
work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical
Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this
position include, but are not limited to: /n - Ability to stand for
long periods of time. /n - Ability to lift and carry up to 25
pounds. /n - Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds. /n - Ability
to physically move around manufacturing floor. /n - Ability to read
documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers. /n
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include,
but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety
