Description Job Description: The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for AOC / IOC Instructor and Content Developer ALL SOURCE at Fort Bragg, NC.This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program. This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all aspects of the IOC-AS course functions
  • Conduct close coordination with the IOC-AS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members for all aspects of IOC-AS course changes and updates; responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOC-AS
  • Manage the hands on, day-to-day accountability of IOC-AS courses instruction and delivery
  • Create course content based on AOC-AS Course Manager and Working Group inputs
  • Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Synchronize input from the AOC-AS Course Manager and All Source Working Group members
  • Work directly with the AOC-AS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members to assess current and future course material
  • Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the IOC-AS training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies and AAR reviews
  • Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all IOC-AS courses
  • Coordinate and facilitates training and instruction in large and small group settings with units across the enterprise
  • Support exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments
  • Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 12 monthsBasic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (preferred: education or intelligence studies). Additional years of experience, training or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • 8+ years of experience as a 35D, 350F, 35F
    • 3+ years of tactical experience
    • 3+ years of operational experience as an intelligence professional spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons
    • Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. Common Faculty Development Instructor Course / CFDIC)
    • Demonstrated expertise with Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) applications, to include DCGS-A Family of Systems, ArcGIS, FADE/MIST, ICI and other intelligence programs of record
    • Experienced in the development and implementation of architecture and topology strategies; skilled in application of interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations, and proficient in systems integration tasks for MI systems
    • Demonstrated expertise in IPB, MDMP, MA, application of All Source tradecraft, planning and executing multifaceted All Source operations to support situational understanding, the targeting process and information collection in multi-domain environments
    • Possesses communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
    • Currently possess an active TS/SCI ClearancePreferred Qualification:
      • DISMG GraduateThis position has a salary range of $85,000-$92,000.G37TREX Pay Range: Pay Range $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
