Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a
school setting located in Emporia, KS, serving students across
grades K-12. This position focuses on pediatric speech therapy,
providing essential support to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and
9-12. This contract role offers an hourly pay rate along with
non-taxable housing and meal stipends for candidates willing to
temporarily relocate. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and
treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric
students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with school
policies. Provide direct therapy services across multiple grade
levels (K-5, 6-8, 9-12). Qualifications and Experience: Valid state
licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with
pediatric populations in educational settings. Ability to work with
a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high
school grades. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
