Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated Onsite
Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, focused on providing
top-tier educational services to students with special needs within
a school setting. The ideal candidate will be driven by a
commitment to enhance students' abilities to communicate and
interact effectively, thereby playing a critical role in our
mission to foster educational success. The Speech Language
Pathologist will develop, implement, and assess treatment plans
tailored to individual student needs, working collaboratively with
educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
achievement. Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication
skills and identify areas requiring intervention. Develop
individualized treatment plans in consultation with teachers,
parents, and other specialists. Implement speech therapy
interventions effectively and adjust strategies based on student
progress and feedback. Document student progress and maintain
records for review by educational staff and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with school personnel to integrate speech therapy with
educational goals. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review
and enhance student educational plans. Strong understanding of
speech-language disorders and treatment methodologies. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work
effectively with students, parents, and educators. Ability to
create and follow through with individualized care plans.
Proficient in the use of technology for documentation,
communication, and management of case files. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license in
Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
