Description PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Breaching
Operations (SPM&E) Location : Fort Bragg, NC Clearance Type:
Top Secret Responsibilities: Assist APM SPM&E in development
and acquisition of kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and
equipment to counter WMD. Support breaching capabilities that
enable SOF mission planning and the F3EAD cycle. Assist in
preparation of SOOs, SOWs, APBs, SAMPs, legal reviews, and
acquisition and contract strategies. Assist in specification
development, cost/resource identification, T&E requirements and
plans, and life-cycle support. Qualifications Required
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years in kinetic or mechanical breaching
or explosives operations, including 3–5 years supporting complex
target defeat or WMD-related breaching. Strong understanding of
breaching tools, techniques, and mission integration. Experience
supporting acquisition documentation for breaching or similar
capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Explosives
technology, or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
TOP SECRET clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Prior SOF breaching
or WMD-focused breaching experience.
