Advanced DCS Engineer - Remote

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Advanced DCS Application Engineer - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced remote support & services for DCS products
Proactively manage and respond to customer inquiries within SLA timing
Maintain strong case documentation and follow-up to ensure issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
4+ years' experience in DCS systems engineering or operations within the Industrial automation industry
Engineering degree in Electronics, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Process technologies
Experience with Honeywell DCS/Process Control Systems preferred
Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in various DCS products
