Job Description Job Description Engineering Manager Engineering Manager Garland, TX $140-$195,000/yr Position Overview The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The role involves managing a team of engineers, coordinating project activities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve optimal project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineers in the execution of projects. Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee CAD design and engineering processes to ensure high-quality outputs. Coordinate with project engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Manage capital equipment and capital projects effectively to meet organizational objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in project engineering and management. Strong knowledge of CAD software and its applications. Experience in capital equipment management and capital projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
