Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance needed. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reports. Document services performed and steps taken to complete each repair. Perform services efficiently and according to dealership/manufacture guidelines. Estimate all necessary parts needed for each repair. Follow Safeguards rules and regulations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED Must have at least 3 years of experience as an auto technician Valid driver’s license Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented. Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision. Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Fast learner Good written and verbal communication skills Good customer service skills Team player Computer literate Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.
