Job Description Job Description Commercial Refrigeration Technician TNT Heating & Air Overview: TNT Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to service, diagnose, and repair refrigeration systems for restaurants, grocery stores, commercial kitchens, and more. You'll work with walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and other essential equipment-keeping our clients running at peak performance. Pay: $30 - $40 per hour Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, and ice machines Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on refrigeration systems Replace compressors, TXVs, fans, controls, refrigerant lines, and electrical components Charge systems and test for proper pressure and performance Identify and document potential issues before breakdowns occur Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle with essential parts and tools Provide clear and professional communication with clients and dispatch team Recommend equipment upgrades, energy-saving solutions, and maintenance agreements Adhere to all EPA and safety regulations for refrigerant handling Assist in mentoring junior techs as needed and represent TNT professionally on every job Qualifications: 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience Strong knowledge of low-temp and medium-temp systems EPA Universal Certification required Ability to work independently and efficiently diagnose issues Familiar with major brands such as Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, True, Turbo Air, etc. Comfortable working in hot, cold, and tight environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer: Top pay based on experience bonuses Company vehicle, tools, and uniform Medical, dental, and retirement benefits Ongoing training and development 24/7 support from a dependable team A respected position on a growing, professional team that values your skillset Benefits: Highly competitive Spiffs and Commissions, Job Efficiency Bonuses $$$, Medical (100% Employer Paid), Dental (100% Employer Paid), Vision (100% Employer Paid), Roth IRA with up to 3% company match, Life Insurance(100% Employer Paid), PTO, Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, iPhone, family oriented environment, Ongoing trainings, and opportunities to earn a NATE Certification.
