Minimum Requirements: ? 2 years of HVAC or commercial refrigeration
service experience ? Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, plus
repair best practices ? Clear, respectful communication skills ?
Ability to build trust with clients and team members ? Efficiency
in diagnostics and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems ? Passion
for learning and energy-efficient solutions ? Valid driver’s
license ? Ability to work independently and on a team ? Excellent
customer service skills ? Physically able to lift heavy equipment ?
Willingness to join our after-hours on-call rotation Bonus Points
(aka Desired Traits): ???? Experience with parallel rack, cascade,
or scientific refrigeration systems ???? Strong organizational
skills for truck stock & service calls ???? Familiarity with
ServiceTitan or similar software ????? Background in restaurant or
rack refrigeration ???? Experience assembling walk-in coolers &
