Financial Manager (Tech Risk)

US Army - Financial Improvement Program (FIP)

Summary of Skills and Qualifications: St. Michael's is seeking candidates who possess auditing, audit readiness, IT systems controls, and other relevant financial and accounting experience as a civil servant, service member, or defense contractor. Candidates must have a firm understanding of DoD accounting and audit practices; must be mission-focused and able to multi-task; and must be able to track all project deadlines and follow-up on their timely completion. General personnel qualifications are as follows:

Primary Locations: Ft. Bragg, NC

Security Clearance: Candidates must have a Secret Clearance and be a US citizen.

Required Skills:

• Significant FISCAM testing experience performing IT audits to evaluate controls, security, segregation of duties, and execute audit procedures.
• 3-5 years of federal IT audit experience required with experience with financial auditing and A-123 testing.
• General understanding of how Standard Lifecycle Development (SDLC) programs function
• Experience with interpreting controls and analyzing highly technical system documentation is required.
• Additional qualities required: self-starter, able to communicate effectively, intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, and risk assessment and analysis skills.
  
  Education: Master's Degree or certification, such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
