POSITION SUMMARY Coordinates FOMAS Inc.'s services to defined client(s) while representing the client'sinterests within the company and serving as the client's liaison. The purpose of this position is to develop in-depth "business to business" sales relationships and secure sales with key dealer accounts therefore ensuring the sales revenue and margin targets are achieved. Their main goal is to create credibility and strong and lasting relationship with their clients. Key account executive is also responsible for the client's specific needs and solutions and the solutions may come in a form of information or products. - -ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as applicable. - -

  • Establish new customer relationships and close sales. -
    • Identify client requirements and determine schedule availability. -
      • Analyze market needs, develop account strategies -
        • Manage, support and service accounts. - - - - - - - - - -Establish and promote goodwill with customer. -
          • Keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. -
            • Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business. -
              • Follow all plant rules and procedures within the department to ensure safe operating practices in order to prevent employee injury and/or equipment failure. Report any safety problems or concerns to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. - - - -
                • Adhere to company-wide housekeeping standards in personal area and within department. - -Held Accountable for: - - - - - - - - - - - -
                  • Ensuring quick responses to identified problems.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. -MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical. -REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. -TECHNOLOGY SKILLS Intermediate competency in Windows operating environment using MS Office applications, e-mail, internet programs, and the FOMAS ERP/reporting systems. - - -PHYSICAL DEMANDS -The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
