Description:Seeking candidates to support the US Army Intelligence
and Security Command (INSCOM). Under the I2TS 3 task order, INSCOM
ensures reliable, uninterrupted availability of Command, Control,
Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM)
including: networks, hardware, software, engineering, and
specialized tools at the point of customer need to support INSCOM's
mission. INSCOM and its MSCs provide the enabling layer to connect
the Army and its tactical formations to defense and national
intelligence agencies via tactical networks. The ability to provide
mission critical intelligence is dependent on the successful use of
its information technology (IT) networks worldwide.Principal Duties
and Responsibilities:An I2TS 3 SharePoint Admin/Knowledge Manager
will:Provides Microsoft SharePoint 2019 administrator support for a
large customer within the DoD community. Administrator will be
tasked with assisting in the deployment and maintenance of
Microsoft SharePoint 2019 architecturesPerform SharePoint 2019 farm
upgrade from old to newExperience and knowledge with SharePoint
Online administrationExperience administering Windows Servers,
Active Directory including ADFS, DNS, SMTP, Network Load Balancing,
Windows Firewall, Event Viewer Performance Monitoring and
PowerShell scriptingExperience configuring and maintaining
SharePoint Enterprise search, index configurations, and
schedulingExperience supporting Microsoft SQL Server in a
SharePoint environmentIn-depth knowledge and experience
administering and managing Microsoft SharePoint enterprise
environmentsIn-depth knowledge of Internet Information Services
(IIS) and its relationship with .Net Framework, ASP.Net,
Application Pools, configuration files and how IIS handles user
authenticationProvide critical problem solving and advanced
troubleshooting including site problems, address site permission
issues, creation and configuration of sites and sub-sites, assist
in definition of site resourcesAdvanced knowledge of systems
engineering principles, methods, and techniquesPlans for and
install service packs, hotfixes, updates and patches during
off-peak time as required and communicate any downtime to
businessPerforming data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent
data lossEnsuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups
and archiving dataReviewing usage and activity reports and
adjusting ensure optimized user-experiencesExperience with
Information Assurance practices and principles (ex. STIGs)Provide
security operations or coordinates security operations functions in
support of cybersecurity accreditation-risk management framework
(RMF) continuous monitoring processParticipate in the design and
implementation of methods, procedures, and systems to improve the
processing and flow of information within the organization.Develop
workflows, automations and other powerapps to improve pilot/project
delivery and artifact managementEnable knowledge flow to enhance
shared understanding, learning and decision-making for programs
critical to effective mission command (MC).Desirable Skills /
Experience:Knowledge/experience of Army command structures and
possess the ability to integrate knowledge into SharePoint
infrastructure for leadership and user
consumption.Experience/ability to produce and carry out briefings
to senior leadership.Education Required:High School Diploma/GED
with 10 years of related experience, or Associate's Degree with 8
years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of
experience, or Master's Degree with 4 years of
experienceCertification(s):DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Computing
Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager
is required prior to support on contractRequired Security
Environment Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or
equivalentSecurity Clearance:TS/SCI requiredAdditional:Candidates
must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain
positions as determined by the contractTravel may be required in
