The AD partners with faculty and staff to manage the full admissions cycle for students and programs, providing admissions advising for all constituents throughout the process. The AD oversees a staff of two admissions application specialists and serves as liaison with all Walton academic departments on admission issues, training, and security. The AD also serves as the main point of contact with Graduate School and International Education on all admissions related issues. Additionally, the AD of Admissions is a significant partner throughout the recruitment process as admissions is a direct extension of the recruiting cycle from inquiry to admission and enrollment.Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least two years of related experiencePreferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
    • Experience in data management
    • Experience in CRM administration
    • Experience in graduate admissions or recruitment
    • Familiarity with international education
    • Supervisory experience
    • At least five years of higher education or equivalent experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
      • Ability to focus while handling multiple tasks simultaneously in stressful and/or time sensitive environments
