Duties:The Student Affairs Director of Analysis and Reporting
partners with Division of Student Affairs leadership to support
decision-making through data-driven change management,
communication, and reliable analytics and reporting. The Director
promotes institutional effectiveness and change by supporting high
levels of understanding, analyzing, and using data for strategic
decision-making throughout the organization. The Director will
identify opportunities for improving data reporting and analysis
provided to Division of Student Affairs constituents. Reporting to
the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, and
working with the Student Affairs leadership team, the Director will
support information requests, align data services, and
transparently share pertinent data sources.Regular, reliable, and
non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the
ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working
