Description: Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic,

local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of
beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as

company better-First and foremost, the Operations Process Manager
(OPM) is expected to lead by example within the company's Core
Focus and Core Values. The OPM is responsible for the success of
assigned functions within the company comprised of 9 branches
across North Carolina, and 1 in South Carolina at this time.
Currently one of those branches also operates as the company
Distribution Center, and with plans to open another Distribution
Center or Territory Shipping Hub in the near future. The OPM will
be responsible for the direct/indirect supervision of the following
company-wide: Safety, Inbound Operations (Unloading and Receiving),
Warehouse Operations (Pick-Pack, Break-Pack), Outbound Operations
(Loading, deliveries), Transfer Operations (branch to branch). The
OPM is a part of the company's Sales and Operations Team and will
be an integral part of developing strategies and objectives for
maximizing productivity and leveraging expenses for Hubbard Pipe
and Supply. The OPM must analyze trends, solve problems and
motivate and develop themselves and associates in order to maximize
success.Key Responsibilities: - 25% Working with Managers,
Warehouse Leads, and two team members directly accountable to the
OPM to ensure operational excellence in all warehouse areas,
efficient operations of warehouse management system - Solar
Eclipse, RF, Innovo, related equipment, inventory is received
appropriately and efficiently and safely processed in the
warehouse, inventory is shipped & transferred appropriately and
efficiently and safely processed in the warehouse, proper layout of
warehouse and product placement, and proper maintenance and
organization of all warehouse areas so that the appearance is
conducive to a safe and efficient workspace. - 25% Coaches, trains,
and develops direct report, Managers, and Warehouse Team Leads
informally and through formal training programs, providing both
informal (e.g. on-floor coaching) and formal (e.g. conference
room). Maintains a work environment creating an employee-centered
workplace that supports a continuous learning environment and
demonstrates care and concern for all team members. Document,
teach, train, and implement, company processes to drive continuous
improvement and efficiency gains to reduce overall cost; leads
associates, and peers to anticipate and solve problems and plan for
upcoming events, seasonal changes, etc. - 25% Informs and offers
direction to the Director of Sales and Operations with the
warehouse financials, fleet, related insurance requirements,
facility needs, evaluation of the operational effectiveness and
recommends alternatives for work methods, processes, procedures,
controls and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement and
processing of product; manage to ensure warehouse layout is
optimally aligned for maximum efficiency as seasonality and
inventory needs require. - 25% Ensures and develops a culture of
safety throughout the organization by following, and developing
Hubbard safety policies and procedures - lead safety meetings,
monitor company safety, be involved with department insurance
requirements for company to look for implementation and improvement
opportunities, oversee and advise on facility and product security
and operational metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly
