of this Sales Manager---includes, but are not limited to: - -
- Coach sales team to ensure consistent execution of Blanton's
sales process -
- Establish and implement daily goals, processes, and behaviors
needed to meet job and financial objectives - -
- Performs daily field rides to identify opportunities,
strengthen -relationships, and conduct quality evaluations -
- Execute strategic business plan that expands the company's
customer base and ensures its strong, growing -presence - -
- Ensures financial performance of sold jobs adheres to budgeted
guidelines \ -QUALIFICATIONS--- -Required -
- Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience--- - -
- Sales training experience - -
- Customer Service experience--- - -
- Proven success training and developing people--- - -Preferred -
- Management experience in the home services industry--- - -
