Job Description Manages the activity of Materials Clerks in the
parts, supply and packaging areas to ensure the availability and
timely delivery of materials to support plant operations.
Responsible for accurate and complete inventory counts. Coordinates
replenishment based on known consumption and through min/max values
Also manages the activities of Warehouse Team
Members.Duties/Activities Required by Job Manage and Direct the
activities of both the Materials Clerks (Parts, Supply & Packaging
areas) &Warehouse (loading/unloading of trucks, in the parts,
supply, and packaging area) to ensure the availability & timely
delivery of materials to support plant operations. Control
departmental cost and prepare budget for Director review. Oversee
and identify items that can be reused. Compile the warehouse
portion of the weekly key indicator summary, and other statistics
on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Manage team members tasks
and responsibilities to receive, store and load products and
support goods in accordance with established company standards and
procedures. Maintain safe and positive work environment in
compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state, and federal
requirements.Educations/Experience Requirements High School or
equivalent 3 to 5 Oracle, Excel and Microsoft Suite
