Job Summary/Purpose :Evaluates, administers and directs the
administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical
medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring
practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassess
this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting
findings with appropriate documentation.
Minimum Training and Education: Degree in physical therapy from an
accredited school. Experience in Pelvic Health
Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Physical
Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent
certification required.

weigh up to and in excess of 200lbs to various locations in the
hospital. (Frequent) Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected.
(Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand.

outdoors under all weather and temperature conditions. (Infrequent)
Must possess good olfactory senses. (Continuous) Ability to
maintain hearing acuity, with correction. (Continuous) Ability to

both legs. (Continuous) Good peripheral vision capabilities.
