Seeking an experienced, BC Vascular Surgeon to spearhead the development of a new practice. The ideal physician will provide comprehensive vascular services in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, including peripheral stenting and endovascular procedures in the lab and surgery as appropriate. - Strong primary care base- Immediate ramp-up- Collegial medical staff who promote teamwork, work efficiency, and the patient care experience.Recruitment Package may include:- Base salary + wRVU production incentive- Quality bonus- CME allowance- Sign-on bonus- Medical debt assistance- Relocation allowance- Residency stipend- Medical Director stipend - Health benefits + Retirement plan- Marketing + practice growth assistance
