The Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients. Job Responsibilities Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededStay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. #FS-300 Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institutionRegistered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN within 6 monthsLicensed Dietitian status in North Carolina or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 monthsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsPassion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition Conditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
