Busiest ED in North Carolina
130k adult and 35k pediatric cases annually
96 bed adult ED
High acuity patient population with 28% annual admission rate
90 hours of physician coverage and over 110 hours of mid-level coverage daily
Level III Trauma Center
Chest Pain and Stroke accredited
Opportunity exists for both clinical and/or academic emergency physician
Emergency Medicine Residents on-site
