Healthcare Administrator. Penick Village is located steps away from
downtown Southern Pines within the beautiful Sandhills community of
North Carolina flanked by the renowned Pinehurst Golfing community.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Living professional to
lead our well-established Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, &
Garden Cottage community that offer an array of innovative
amenities. The Healthcare Administrator is responsible for
day-to-day-management of healthcare services in our life plan
community. The Healthcare Administrator assures that the highest
degree of quality care is provided to residents and intimately
involved in advising staff and supervisors in matters related to
nursing services. The Healthcare Administrator implements and
recommends revisions to the organization's policies related to
delivery of health services and develops organizational structure
and standards of performance, while promoting a working
relationship with other departments and community agencies.The most

fill the Healthcare Administrator position will meet or exceed the
following qualifications:NC Nursing Home Administrator's license
required.Bachelor's Degree is required.Minimum of 3 years related
experience.Minimum of 3 years management / supervisory
experienceAbility to maintain compliance with regulations.High
quality written and verbal communication skillsProficient in the
use of computer applications, MatrixCare experience a plusOrganized
with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate.Promote and
maintain working relationships with various stakeholders.Ability to
serve as an effective and compassionate liaison between residents,
their families, Power of Attorneys, and the Healthcare Team.Prompt
and proactive customer service and conflict resolution
skillsFinancial management and budgeting skillsAbility to achieve
