Aveanna Private Duty Nurse - RN Job DescriptionAveanna's Private Duty nurses play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients, helping them transition home from the hospital and ensuring they receive the continuous care they need to thrive in their own homes.Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
• Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Documenting care provided in our system of record
• Teaching and training family members on health promotion and disease management
