Floating to intermediate step-down/medical floors required. Unit may serve as pediatric overflow; however, pediatric patients typically remain in the Peds unit. -Job Requirements:
  • License: Active RN license in good standing -Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of recent critical care (ICU) experience
    • Previous med/surg experience preferred -Certifications:
      • Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS (Though pediatric patients are rarely treated in this unit, PALS certification is a policy requirement.)
      • Charting System: EPIC
      • Floating: Required to intermediate care and medical/surgical units as needed
      • Residency Requirement: Must not reside in Moore County; candidates from outside Moore County are considered local and eligible -Hospital Information:
        • Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
        • Total Staffed Beds: 402
        • Scrub Colors: All units (except ER): Any solid color
        • ER: Solid black
