*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.*Responsibilities** Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical settings* Monitor and assess patients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare team members* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed* Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment plans* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation* Adhere to infection control policies and procedures* Assist in critical care situations as needed*Requirements** Valid RN license* Previous experience in medical/surgical, critical care, or related areas preferred* Knowledge of Cerner or Epic systems is a plus* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Flexibility to work in various clinical settings including CT, ICU, ambulatory surgery center, and behavioral health units* Familiarity with critical care transport protocolsRN01Job Type: ContractPay: $2,600.00 - $2,770.00 per weekMedical Specialty:* Medical-SurgicalSupplemental Pay:* Completion bonusAbility to Commute:* Wilmington, NC 28401 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Wilmington, NC 28401: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
