Job Description:
Seeking a full-time RN for the Abdominal Transplant Stepdown
team in Oklahoma City, working 7p-7a. Responsibilities include
managing patient care through assessment, planning, intervention,
and evaluation, while supervising team members and mentoring
non-licensed staff. May require floating to other units and
participation in on-call duties. Adheres to safety standards and
population-specific competencies. Qualifications include Oklahoma
RN licensure or multistate license, BLS certification within 30
days, and effective English communication. Preferred candidates
have previous RN experience. Benefits feature increased pay,
