Job Description:
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: Every 3rd
Weekend, Holidays as needed. Float required. All travelers subject
to float between all Cone Health campuses if needed. Minimum 1yr
experience. NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS. Acute Care Rehab experience
required. EPIC experience required Interpretation of laboratory
results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire
History Allergies, Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations,
Temperature, Pulse Dressing Change, Set up aseptic /sterile
procedure trays Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine -
UA Clean Catch, Phlebotomy Telephone Triage, Pharmacy calls/patient
refill requests CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx,
generalized debility. Inpatient rehab department, Specialized care
for qualified patient with rehabilitation needs. (s p stoke,
aneurysm, post-op surgical) Patient Ratios - 1:6 SR
