GSD Search is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wilson, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline:RN - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, nights - Employment Type:Travel RN (7P-7A) • Role: RN • Specialty: Telemetry • Number of Openings: Varies • Shift: Nights • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Every other • Call Requirements: No • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS • Years of Experience: 1.5 • Float Requirements: yes- Med Surg overflow • Number of Beds: 22 • Patient Ratios: 5:1 6:1 • Equipment: Welch Allyn V/S machine, Hoyer Lift w/ weight scale, Abbott Glucometer, Computers on Wheels, TR band, Baxter IV pumps • EHR: Meditech EMR • Must Have Skills/Experience: EKG interpretation and critical thinking skills is a plus • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Manage discharges and admissions, basic cardiac drip knowledge • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, CP, ARF, COPD, Uncontrolled diabetics, CKD, Post Cardiac Cath care • Personality Fit: Team oriented and flexible • Required Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred • Scrub Color: Any • Any unacceptable attire: Artifical Nails GSD Search Job ID 929248.
