growth. About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with
SHP, you’ll deliver patient-centered care in a secure, team-based
environment. Responsibilities include: - Providing direct patient
care and education - Assisting providers with assessments and
treatment plans - Monitoring chronic and acute conditions -
Managing medication administration and documentation - Responding
to emergencies and following established protocols You’ll work
closely with providers and correctional staff to ensure quality
healthcare delivery within the facility. What You Bring - Active
LPN License - Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform emergency interventions when needed -
