Join a respected community hospital expanding its OB/GYN services
to meet growing patient demand. This opportunity offers a balanced

Overview You'll join a dedicated team with full midlevel support
and a collaborative atmosphere. Engage in a mix of high-risk and
teen pregnancies with scheduled OR time Participate in a wide range
of GYN surgeries with excellent hospital-based support services
Shared call structure, 7 days on/7 days off, with potential
compensation for ER call Schedule Standard office hours: 8:30 AM to
5:00 PM, Monday through Friday One full 8-hour OR day or two half
days each week Efficient clinic flow with a steady patient volume
Flexible scheduling options to help maintain work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits Hospital-employed model with a starting
salary between $350,000 - $400,000 RVU-based production incentives
and a full benefits package Generous PTO, CME allowance, and
