Provider must be fully vaccinated. Acute Care Comfort treating both Peds and Adults Clinical support staff available Sampson Convenient Care is down the street from the hospital and located at 1004 Beaman Street, Clinton, NC. Primary care services services include but are not limited to: routine check-ups Physicals immunizations chronic disease screenings and management acute medical care Convenient Care Walk-In services include but are not limited to: fever upset stomach (vomiting, nausea, diarrhea) flu-like symptoms earache bronchitis upper respiratory infection minor lacerations and stitches sprains and minor fractures mild to moderate burns rashes and minor allergic reactions painful or burning urination Number Of Patients Per Shift: 25 Minimum Board Certification: BE EMR System: MediTech
