HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement. You will: - Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA - Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills - Collect accurate data during each session - Share updates and progress with your BCBA team - Complete clear and timely session notes - Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families - Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards What We’re Looking For: - Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided) - Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) - Strong communication, patience, and professionalism - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - High school diploma or equivalent (required) Work Schedule: - Part-time and full-time positions available - Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed) - 15–25 hours per week, based on your availability and client needs Compensation: - $21–$25 per hour - Plus opportunities for continued professional development and growth within the company.
