Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse
Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team at {EMPLOYER-DESC}. The
successful candidate will oversee the nursing staff and ensure that
high standards of patient care and safety are maintained at all
times. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise and
leadership skills to manage daily operations effectively while
promoting a culture of compassion and professionalism. Supervise
and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and
performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and standards. Provide guidance, support, and education
to nursing staff to improve quality of care. Monitor patient care
for quality assurance and implement improvements as necessary.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
plan and evaluate patient care plans. Manage patient records and
documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Address and
resolve any issues or conflicts within the nursing team. Engage in
continuous education and professional development opportunities.
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and
accurate decisions In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and
safety standards Proficient in healthcare management systems and

Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
