Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead
our nursing team and oversee patient care services, ensuring that
the highest standard of care is maintained. The successful
candidate will play a critical role in managing our nursing staff
and integrating innovative healthcare solutions to meet the
individual needs of patients. This role is perfect for a
detail-oriented, experienced nurse who thrives in a dynamic,
patient-focused environment. Oversee the daily operations of the
nursing department and ensure compliance with all state, federal,
and local regulations. Coordinate and supervise patient care
activities, ensuring adherence to the facility’s standards of care
and practice guidelines. Mentor and lead a team of nurses,
providing clinical leadership and fostering professional growth and
development. Develop and implement nursing department policies and
procedures in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
Interact with patients and their families regularly to ensure
patient satisfaction and to address any concerns or complaints.
Monitor patient care for quality assurance and make necessary
adjustments to care plans. Manage staffing schedules, including
call rotations and assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure an
integrative approach to healthcare services tailored to patient
needs. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in clinical
skills with a deep understanding of patient care protocols Ability
to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Capable of
critical thinking and decision-making Experience with electronic
health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) is preferred
