Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered
Nurse Supervisor (RN) who upholds our commitment to providing

role, you will lead a dynamic team of nursing professionals,
ensuring high standards of care and fostering an environment of
continuous improvement and professional growth. Oversee the daily
operations of nursing services and patient care, ensuring adherence
to Liberty Healthcare's standards and regulatory compliance.
Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in
collaboration with healthcare team members. Lead and mentor nursing
staff, promoting professional development and teamwork. Manage
staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient
outcomes. Monitor and continuously improve the quality and
efficiency of healthcare services. Act as a liaison between the
nursing staff, other healthcare professionals, patients, and their
families to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Ensure accurate
documentation and maintain patient confidentiality according to
HIPAA regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
clinical techniques and nursing protocols Adept at problem-solving
and decision-making Ability to adapt to changing situations in a
healthcare setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
