ASAP About the Position AlliedTravelCareers is working with Windsor
Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. to find a qualified CT Tech in
High Point, North Carolina, 27265! THIS IS FOR A 4x9s schedule,
MONDAY - THURSDAY 12p-930p MANDATORY QUESTIONNAIRE *Please answer
the following questions and send back ASAP. An offer cannot me made
without these answers.* 1. Is your candidate aware that they are
being submitted to Cone and have you reviewed the job description
with them? (Y or N) 2. Is your candidate flexible with scheduling
and aware that the client has a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness
and unexcused absences? (Y or N) 3. Are there any barriers (ex.
upcoming vacation) that would prevent your candidate from
completing compliance on time? The compliance deadline is 12 Noon
EST the Wednesday prior to the start date. (Y or N) 4. Is your
candidate aware of the Pass Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for
Cone Health regardless of specialty? (Y or N) Must be able to
perform CT and X-Ray 4x9s, Days, 12p-930p Monday - Thursday On
occasion may be asked to float to other facilities. Minimum 2 year
experience, FIRST TIME TRAVELERS OK! Must be able to start IVs,
will be required to start about 8-9 IVs a day. *BLS required. *ARRT
- CT and R. *Outpatient (Adult & Peds) and ED experience required.
*PACS and Portables, GE and Siemens experience required. Samsung
X-Ray preferred. *EPIC *Exp with infants & peds preferred. X-RAY:
Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax,
Musculoskeletal, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities CT Tech:
Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Brain Perfusion, CTAs,
Multiplanar Reconstruction ED CT and X-Ray Exams: Outpatient CT and
X-Ray, Cardiac CT (Pulmonary Vein CT and Cardiac Calcuim Scores,
Perfusion studies X-Ray Procedure Experience REQUIRED: Extremities,
Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal,
