Registered Nurse on the Medical/Surgical team, you're embracing a

we serve. More about our team Our Medical/Surgical Team is proud to
offer a dynamic and supportive environment for healthcare
professionals. Our Medical/Surgical Unit features 30 beds and a
collaborative team which includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and a dedicated
unit secretary. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6, and CNAs support
care with a 1:10 ratio, ensuring a balanced workload and strong
teamwork. We also have a Telemetry Technician stationed on the
Med/Surg unit, just outside the nursing station, who monitors all
patients on telemetry or cardiac monitors across our inpatient
units and Emergency Department-providing an extra layer of safety
and support. How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in
this role: - Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies
patient needs - Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing
interventions - Provides care appropriate to condition and age of
the patient - Performs timely and appropriate documentation
relating to medical necessity in the medical record - Responsible
for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for

current North Carolina state or compact state RN license.
Additional requirements include: - Basic Life Support certification
is required within 30 days of hire - ACLS is required within 90
days of hire - Associate's degree in nursing is required
(Bachelor's degree is preferred) - One year of RN experience in a
