Description: The role involves working in a busy Emergency Room.
Experience in Emergency Room settings is essential. The
nurse-patient ratio is typically 4:1. The facility provides care
for patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics. Patient
diagnoses vary widely, including strokes and trauma cases. Nurses
will have support from ER technicians for various tasks. All nurses
will participate in collaborative care with interdisciplinary
teams. The environment requires managing various emergency
situations and procedures. Skills in IV management, interpretation
of dysrhythmias, and care of ventilated patients are necessary.
Candidates must be familiar with specific emergency care
methodologies. Candidates will float within scope as needed.
Candidates must have a valid nursing license and required
certifications. A background check and fingerprinting will be part
of the hiring process. Completion of required training modules is
