We are a high-performing, boutique oral surgery practice in Wilmington, NC, seeking a passionate and skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team! Our well-established, fully staffed, and independently owned practice generates $2M annually with a loyal patient base and strong referral relationships. We are primarily fee-for-service (FFS) with select PPOs – no Medicaid or HMOs. This is a turnkey opportunity to step into a busy practice with a clear path to partnership , all while living in one of the most desirable coastal cities in the Southeast.
