Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Current nursing
license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have:
Experience in cardiovascular intensive care nursing. Charge
experience preferred. Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
Experience with multi-system organ failure management. Experience
with post-cardiac surgery patients. Experience with ECMO and
intra-aortic balloon pump preferred. Description: The registered
nurse will provide direct patient care in a cardiac intensive care
unit setting. They will be responsible for assessing patient needs
and developing appropriate nursing interventions. The nurse will
monitor vital signs and manage medications, including titrating
cardiac and vasoactive drips. They will assist with advanced
procedures such as arterial line management and chest tube
insertion/removal. The role involves caring for patients with a
variety of cardiac conditions including myocardial infarction,
heart failure, and post-operative care following cardiac surgeries.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members will be
essential. The nurse will ensure adherence to infection prevention
and isolation precautions. The position requires a strong
understanding of ventilator management and respiratory support
measures. Candidates should be prepared for individualized
scheduling which may include weekend shifts. Floating to other
units or facilities may be required as needed. A thorough
