Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Family Practice & Acute

Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Practice
and Acute Care. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a

populations. Overview We are seeking experienced, dedicated Family
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to serve as the
primary providers in our urgent care centers. You will handle a
high volume of adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older),
performing essential procedures such as I&D, laceration repair,
ear irrigation, and more. This role requires a proactive, positive
attitude, exceptional soft skills, and the ability to work
independently as the sole provider on site. You will be integral to
delivering timely, efficient care within a collaborative team
environment, supported by robust credentialing and training
processes. Required Skills Minimum of 12 months of clinical
experience in urgent or family practice settings. Proficiency with
Epic EMR system. Certification: Board-certified PA (NCCPA) or
Family Nurse Practitioner certification, BLS, and DEA license.
Ability to see and treat all patients independently at assigned
sites. Strong interpersonal and soft skills, including effective
communication with support staff and patients. Ability to manage
high patient volumes efficiently while maintaining quality care.
Credentialing requirements adherence for Medicare and other
insurances. Nice to Have Skills Experience performing minor
procedures (I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigation). Familiarity with
multi-site urgent care operations. Additional certifications in
urgent care or related specialties. Preferred Education and
Experience Active current board certification in family practice or
urgent care. At least 12 months of relevant clinical experience in
a fast-paced urgent care setting. Comfort working independently
with minimal supervision. Other Requirements Must have reliable
access within a 60-mile radius of designated support centers.
Participation in mandatory EMR training and onboarding scheduled on
Wednesdays before initial shifts. Must pass a clinical screening
and complete credentialing before deployment. Support staff
includes center managers, medical assistants, and support
personnel; offsite supervising physicians for APPs. Travel
reimbursement limited to mileage; no travel or lodging
reimbursements provided. Enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of
$1.00, with weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical
benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel,
