In this critical role, you will independently manage a high volume of urgent care cases, performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigation, and more. Your expertise will directly improve patient outcomes and enhance community health. You will become an integral part of our healthcare delivery model, working closely with dedicated support staff and a supervising physician to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or acute care settings. Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system. Board certification: PA (NCCPA) or Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Valid DEA license and BLS certification. Ability to see and treat all patients independently, including pediatrics (6 months) and adults. Strong soft skills, including excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement. Must be able to handle a high patient volume efficiently while maintaining quality care. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigation. Prior experience working in urgent care environments. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Educational & Experience Requirements: For Physician Assistants: NCCPA Board Certification and PA license. For Nurse Practitioners: Family NP certification and relevant state licensure. No new graduates considered; a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience is required. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work at multiple locations within a 60-mile radius from your home. Successful completion of a clinical screening and EMR (Epic) training prior to first solo shift. Participation in training sessions scheduled on set Wednesdays. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: this rate is listed for informational purposes; competitive pay packages are offered.) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit.
