Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where patient care is tailored to meet individual needs using the most current evidence-based approaches. You will focus on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children. This position requires a compassionate practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive therapy solutions that promote patient well-being. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide targeted, evidence-based therapy intervention according to individual patient needs. Establish treatment plans and track patient progress. Consult with family members and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain documentation and patient files according to regulatory requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care plans. Engage in ongoing education to remain current with treatment practices. Expertise in pediatric speech language pathology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Proficient in using electronic health record systems. Comfortable providing virtual and in-person care. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
