Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry Location Sanford, NC Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role involves close monitoring of patient conditions and administering necessary interventions. Responsibilities - Monitor and assess patient conditions effectively. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Collaborate with physicians and team members for optimal patient outcomes. - Provide education and support to patients and their families. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting. - Current RN license to practice in North Carolina. - ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, and NIH certifications are required prior to the start date.
