We are currently hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants specializing in Urgent Care, Acute Care, and Emergency Medicine to provide critical services in fast-paced urgent care centers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work independently, delivering high-quality care to diverse adult and pediatric patients, including minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations. With multiple locations within a 65-mile radius, you can enjoy flexible working conditions and meaningful patient interactions while advancing your clinical expertise. Required Skills Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or acute care settings Current certification as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult NP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA or PA Boards) Valid BLS certification Proficiency in Epic EMR system Ability to independently evaluate and treat all patients as the sole provider at the center Excellent soft skills to effectively collaborate with support staff and connect with patients Strong clinical judgment and minor procedures experience (I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation) Must be able to work without supervision, with support from offsite supervising physicians Nice to Have Skills Prior experience working in a fast-paced urgent care or emergency setting Knowledge of pediatric and adult care protocols Additional certifications or specialties related to urgent or emergency medicine Experience with Medicare enrollment processes Preferred Education and Experience Active licensure in the state of practice Minimum of 12 months of relevant urgent or acute care experience Bilingual skills are a plus but not required Other Requirements Ability to work at multiple locations within a 65-mile radius Willingness to participate in training sessions for Epic EMR, including modified training schedules Availability for clinical interviews and onboarding prior to first shift No travel reimbursement available, mileage reimbursed This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated, supportive team committed to your professional growth and success.
